Your information

We process account details needed to sign you in, plus the equipment, dimensions, weights, tour details, artwork and checklists you choose to save. Clerk provides account authentication. If you connect Google, Google and Clerk process that connection; this website does not request access to your Gmail, Drive or calendar.

Why and where it is used

We use this information to provide the service you request, keep accounts secure and respond to support requests. Netlify hosts the website and touring database. These providers may process information internationally under their own service arrangements. We do not add advertising trackers or sell your touring data.

Cookies, camera and files

Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage holds preferences and account-specific recovery drafts. Camera images used for QR recognition are processed on your device; the equipment identity and checklist confirmation are saved online. Uploaded tour artwork is stored with your tours. Exported files go to the location you choose.

Tour maps

Map tiles are requested from OpenStreetMap when you open a map. When you finish entering a venue name or choose Find venue, that search is sent to Photon (Komoot) to find matching locations. Your equipment, checklist and notes are not sent. Your selected map pins are saved with your tour. Today’s venue is selected using your device’s calendar date; the website does not track your physical location.

Keeping and removing information

Touring data remains until you delete it or your account. Account & data lets you export a backup or delete your touring data. Deleting your login account triggers deletion of its active touring database records. A minimal deleted-account identifier is retained to prevent an old session from recreating deleted records. Hosting backups and security records may remain for the providers' applicable retention periods.

Your choices and requests

You can update your profile, connect or remove Google, manage sessions and delete your account through Account & data. Contact the operator using the link below for access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy requests. You may also contact your data protection regulator.
